Ce dossier concernera les enjeux épistémiques, sociaux, éthiques, politiques, économiques, voire religieux, liés aussi bien aux usages des animaux dans différents domaines de la médecine humaine (anatomie, physiologie, thérapeutique) qu’à la constitution de la médecine vétérinaire en tant que champ de savoir spécifique, y compris en termes d’assise institutionnelle et de professionnalisation, et ses évolutions.
